Preliminary Energy Analysis

The first step in any project is to conduct a free preliminary energy analysis to understand the feasibility of making energy-saving improvements. We find that most of our clients have an opportunity to save 15%-30% or more on their annual utility costs.

This initial step involves:

• Discovery sessions to understand your needs
• Analysis of one-year of utility data
• A cursory review of your facilities

You’ll receive a report that will include:

• The amount of energy you could potentially save
• The value of improvements you could fund from energy savings
• A description of facility improvements that would likely be included in your energy-saving project

 The preliminary analysis is typically completed within 30 days.
