Senior Project Manager

Doug oversees all aspects of project implementation to ensure that everything progresses as smoothly as possible. He creates and manages subcontracts, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and accurate billing, coordinates client progress meetings, and ensures that all required documentation is in place.

Doug brings over twenty-five years of experience in the general construction, healthcare, and real estate development industries with varied roles in operations, logistics and financial management. He has managed numerous design-build projects, been involved with master planning and project management of new developments, served as a construction superintendent, and performed hands-on construction work.

When he’s not on the job, Doug enjoys cooking, putting his past experience in restaurants to use in creating delicious meals at home.

Doug has his OSHA 30 hour certificate and holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
