Kenny Bridges

Business Development

Kenny has a wide range of experience in the education profession prior to working as a business development manager at ESP. During his 29 years in education, he served as a superintendent of schools for eleven years; leading the Jay Public Schools in Oklahoma, Syracuse USD 494 in Kansas, and Karval RE-23 school districts in Colorado.  In addition, Kenny has worked as a high school principal for Hulbert, Cheraw #31 in Colorado, Shidler and Pawhuska school districts. Previous to his work in K-12 education, Kenny began his career in retail management in the food services industry and later served as an adjunct professor, teacher and coach. He is founder and executive director to Media Aware Media Literacy in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

As a business development manager, Kenny works closely with clients to identify their needs and develops solutions to help them address those needs. He works to understand not only the technical and financial issues faced by clients, but their business and personnel issues that can also be factors in how a project is structured to match their unique situation. Kenny brings a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, facilities, a vast skill set, and a unique breadth of experience.

In Kenny’s free time you can find him on the golf course or out hunting and fishing. Above all, Kenny loves to spend time with his family which include his grandkids and granddogs.
