Dr. Brad Rahe

Business Development

Dr. Rahe is a former school superintendent who now works closely with clients to develop energy-saving and facility improvement projects that enhance overall facility usefulness and comfort. Having been on both sides of the table, as a recipient and provider of engineering and construction services, allows him to act as a true advocate for clients.

Dr. Rahe is known as a collaborator who seeks out input from all parties involved in a project, as well as a creative problem solver who can balance the need for engineering solutions with architecturally pleasing results, all while remaining sensitive to budgetary needs.

His leadership shows through in his sharing of consistent expectations, engaging resources as necessary and following up to ensure outcomes throughout the project.

Dr. Rahe has an Associate of Arts degree from Independence Community College, Bachelor’s degree in Education from Ottawa University, Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Fort Hays State University, an Educational  Specialist in Administration from Pittsburg State University, and a Doctorate in Educational Administration and Leadership from Oklahoma State University.

Dr. Rahe has a passion for football, both as a former player and now as a fan. He can be found supporting his local teams at all levels.
