Dr. Steve Pegram

Business Development

Dr. Steve Pegram brings in-depth knowledge of school districts and building operations throughout Kansas. He served as superintendent of schools for twenty-three years, leading Cherryvale USD 447, Silver Lake USD 372, Santa Fe Trail USD 434, and Woodson USD 366. He began in education as a teacher/coach for eleven years with roles in Burlingame, Garden City, Sublette, and Independence, Kansas.

Dr. Pegram develops partnerships with clients throughout the state of Kansas in his role as business development manager for municipality and school district markets. A native Kansan, Pegram understands the particular needs of rural communities and underserved regions. Throughout his career, he has brought innovative solutions to support rural school education, from teacher support to facility improvements.  Building on his natural coaching skills, Pegram has served on numerous committees throughout the state to share solutions, foster collaboration, and lead teams to success. He helps clients explore alternative means to achieve both energy conservation goals and cost savings for the long term.

In his free time, you can find him out hunting and fishing. He also enjoys taking care of his lawn and spending time in the outdoors.
